Our team has spent years on job sites learning to see the proportions of a room before a single wall is framed. That hands-on experience, more than any credential, is still the foundation of how we build today.

We look for the ordinary in what’s unique, rare, and beautiful, and work it into architecture and interiors that are tailored, not templated. Every home we take on blends European-inspired design with old-world craftsmanship — the kind of detail that shows up in how a stair rail is turned or a millwork joint is finished, long after the drywall inspection is signed off.

Pahlevan means champion— a name we chose because it describes the standard we hold ourselves to, not a claim about how large we’ve grown. We’d rather build a smaller number of homes exceptionally well than a larger number adequately.
